Septimus Severvs denarius

I think the reverse legend is:  P M TR P XVIII COS III

Can someone help me with the significance of the figure and confirm the legend. Thanks

Is it?  I've become despondent after an enthusiastic start ! I've been trying to attribute a few coins which have come my way but without investing heavily in books, I always seem to be relying on others for help. There are so many knowledgable people - how do they find out all this information......   agghhh !!
Thanks for your help.

Surely Annona rather than Genius and therefore RIC 200

Looks more like Annona holding wheat ears above modius in r., cornucopia in l., Cohen 476, RIC 200.

In the "Genius" type, actually Bonus Eventus, the figure is nude, holds patera in r., wheat ears downwards in l., see illustration in Roman Silver Coins, p. 38, 475.
