I do not succeed in finding ref. of this As of Marcus Aurelius. Any help is welcome.

Rare with portrait left:  BMC 1544 note, citing Cohen 591, who doesn't say where he saw the coin.

With head right I think the type is scarce, but not especially rareParis has two varieties, the BM has one, there is another in our photofile. 

Since this is only a middle bronze with an ordinary reverse type, its absence from the web need not indicate rarity.  In average condition this coin may have been offered numerous times in dealers' lists, in second-tier auctions, or on eBay or VCoins, yet not have found its way into Wildwinds or CoinArchives.
