I can read on the Obv. top: LIAN

A figure st. right on the Rev.

Any help is welcome.

Ed,
It looks like an Aurelian Ant. The reverse is difficult. The first thing that came to mind was something along the lines of "CONCORDIA MILITVM, Concordia stands left holding two standards" but that really is a guess.
