Crispus Pageboy hairstyle?
« on: January 18, 2008, 11:36:40 pm »
The coin is 18mm and  1.9 grams.
I think it is:
Obverse: DN FL IVL CRISPVS NOB CAESS, laureate, cuirassed bust right
Reverse: PROVIDEN-TIAE CAESS, SMN in ex., pellet S in right field, palm branch in left field
Crispus facing right, short hairstyle.
Size: 18.0 mm
Weight: 1.9 grams
Any confirmation or correction appreciated.
Thank you all as usual.  What a great venue for coin ID this is.

That's a tough one, hard to tell... I'll dig into it later tonight if I can  :)
