Just purchased this coin, but I couldn't find it in RIC VII:

Obv: CRISPV-S NOB CAES
Rev: BEATA TRAN-QVILLITAS

VOT/IS/XX on altar

STR in exe

Your coin is RIC VII Trier 309, but it is unlisted for officina S. There was only one example noted for officina P, which also had the same obverse legend break.
