Can anyone help with this coin.   Using HELVETICA's page I am coming up with

RIC Goebl 716p

or

RIC Cunetio hoard 1344, Minster hoard 69, Bassaleg Hoard 175, Appleshaw hoard 82.

looks like ric 180. There is a great site that can help you attributing the zoo coins of gallienus:

That's what I thought at first, but the obverse does not start with IMP.  Am I missing something..?

You're only missing that RIC V is pretty sub-standard, and in Cunetio you have a far superior reference already.  Despite the fact it isn't properly catalogued by RIC it is a very common coin.
