Help w/ jugate bust coin...pls.

AE 24 by 20mm. sort of oblong,  7.2g. and orichalcum in color.  I came across this and admittedly have no idea where to look. There appears to be the letters VS and maybe RO or KO to the lower left on the single bust side. Anyone have any ideas or can you point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance. :)
