It sort of looks Indo-Greek, or at least an imitation of one.  Without any inscription I really can't tell.

I managed finally to identify it.

Numide Unit, 213-200 BC.
Obv: Bare Head of Syphax to the left.
Rev: Rider gallopping to the right, dressed in a coat and holding a scepter; pellet bottom.
Ref: SNG 489 M. (Bocchus II) MZ.3
Alexandropoulos N° 1, p.393
