This can be attributed to Jannaeus lead series with no inscription -

but unfortunately, there is no class there of 8 patterns and the hole can indicate a pendant of a later use. The central circle is a bit large in size to match the Jannaeus lead series, but to my view this shouldn't be ruled out...

I think this is a fragment of a lead mirror frame, cut to make a pendant.
