The legend is pretty far gone, and I don't see any hint of a mintmark.

I'm hoping someone might recognize the style of the bust.

Two remarks:
1-What a figure on the Obv.[hybride ?or ancient imitation of a late roman coinage...??]
2-The Rev.is upside down i guess,and i think there is A?? at the beginning of the mint name??[Antioch ??Alexandria??] or it could be a branch of the laurel wreath ??]...
