I guess it's the issue with date but without mint name.P.Balog:p 289-293[date is a little bit blundered...]

Sorry,the Reference is J.Walker[Umayyad & Post reform coinage] p 289-293;and not P.Balog.
Could be year 90 H[Sanat tesa'ain??]Ties 20 ??

This in a Syrian issue of an uncommon Umayyad fals with no mint name
but it bears the first part of the date "Sanata Sab'a"
which means "year seven". This date is believed to be 117H.
