I believe that all four coins have the same date:  1203 AH  and the same  Mint  : Islambul

Ottoman coin stuck in ISLAMBOL ( Istanbul ) in 1203 AH

On one side you read in Arabic

ÓáØÇä ÇáÈÑíä
æÎÇÞÇä ÇáÈÍÑíä
ÇáÓáØÇä ÇÈä
ÇáÓáØÇä


Translation> The sultan of the two worlds, the lord of the two seas, the sultan the son of the sultan.

and on the other side you read in Arabic

ÖÑÈ Ýí ÇÓáÇãÈæá
1203
