Hi Numerianus,

your coin look like a Tetradrachm of Tiberius, with head looking right, with the bust of Augustus looking right on the reverse. Year 5 (20 - 21 CE) Geissen 48 ; Dattari 78 ; Milne 38 - 51 ; BMC 36-38 ; Curtis 1-4.

Bust this coin must be in billion, not in bronze !

Diameter must be 24 mm and average weight 13, 80 g
Is it the case for your coin ?

I think  that you are right that it is a tetradrachm.
I was suspicious because of strange color of the corrosion
but the metal below seems to be white.
The dating is more questionable  though.
