This is another one, on the obverse it almost looks like the eagle has a cornucopia on it.

30.1 mm, 21.3 g

I apologize, I should after all this time be able to find this one, but have been coming up blank..

I am at work right now so I don't have my references.  But, I believe this coin was minted by Ptolemy IV.

Found it.  Svoronos 1151.  Ptolemy IV, struck in Kyrenaika.
