I can see antonius pius , but the Face look like someone else can you tell me who is it?

Caracalla and Elagabalus both have the legends ANTONINVS PIVS AVG.

Conceivably a version of the following early issue, though the portrait looks oddly mature for 201 AD (a now-blocked online listing).

Looks like an ancient counterfeit copying the denarius named by Archivum.
