Valentinian AE1 mintmark

I found this 28.5 mm, 8.2 gr Valentinian RESTITVTOR REIPVBLICAE AE1 today. I assumed RIC 15 or similar but just cannot make sense of the five character mintmark. Seems to end in OP. What could it be?
