Help ID Punic coin

Hi

I would like to have ID of this Punic coin.
The coin is 22 mm and weighs approximately 6,5 grams.

Hi Tanit,

The closest I can find to your coin is the one below. I know it is not exactly the same but I thought it might point you in the right direction.

SICILIAN ISLANDS. Sardinia. 241-238 B.C. (Mercenary Revolt).: AE 20.
Obverse: Head of Tanit  facing left. 
Reverse: Three ears of corn.

I believe to have found the identification of this coin.

PUNIC. Carthage. 241 B.C. Shekel.
Obverse: Head of Tanit  facing left.
Reverse: Ear.
SNG 235

Can anybody confirm that I do not make a mistake and to say  if it is a rare coin?
