Obv: IMP C LICINNIVS PF AVG
Rev: GENIO AVGVSTI

But the portrait seems to be that of Maximinus II. ???

the rev is slightly different, but the bust is the same

It looks like a typical Antioch bust, but I don't know them well enough to tell the emperors apart.
