I with difficulty read   

obv.  CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C 
rev.   GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS 
in ex. SMKgamma 
Bust laur., drap., cuir.  (B4) 

The my attribution is : RIC VIII, Cyzico 80, rated r5.

Hi Rugser!

I can read SMK Gamma too! Bust is B4, laureate, draped and cuirassed. But I think I can see clearly an C (O?) behind the head. And this position is too high for the legend CONSTANTINVS! In that case the C (O?) is awaited much lower, I think. So I vote for FL IVL CONSTANTINVS NOB C or FL IVL CONSTANS NOB C.
