It is an Umayyad Fals, c.120 H, but without mint or date.

As I said in my reply to your 'Islamic 1', unfortunately I have only a photocopy of the plates to Walker's catalogue of these, and this one doesn't seem to be in those. I haven't yet received the SNAT volume which covers these, but when I do I will try and give a better reference for it.
