Hi

It certainly seems to match the types of the denier Tournois of Philippe IV

Obv. + PhILIPPVS REX round cross
Rev. + TVRONIS CIVIS round chatel tournois

Coins of Phillipe III are almost identical but only have one P in PhILIPVS.
