You are right that the silver
fibula is very similar to Marcus'. There are actually 5 major, and several minor
types of the cross-bow
fibula dating mid-3rd to mid-5th centuries. About 95% or more are bronze, with say 4% silver and less than 1% gold (never sold to the likes of us).

Hard to say exactly what that new
fibula is but the
type seems closer to a "leech"
fibula or sanguisugafibel. I have a couple similar and I have catalogued them as 6th-5th centuries BC. In the western Balkans this is pre-Celtic and is in fact late Iron Age (i.e Istrian Iron Age IV and similar epochs).
That said, second option is La Tene I era 4th-3rd centuries BC in which case you are into
Celtic though the Balkan population was actually quite mixed then.
