    Strack, Antoninus Pius 509, pl. VII, publishes and illustrates a specimen like yours, in the Sofia collection.  I have one that Ras Suarez photographed.

    Probably a few other specimens have turned up too, but definitely a rare coin.  It looks like a mint error:  legend of PVDICITIA, but type of Concordia standing.

Lanz Munich 109, 2002, lot 499 is indeed another spec. of the same denarius, from different dies than yours.
