Seleukos VI Epiphanes Nikator
Diademed head of Seleukos VI right, beardless
Apollo standing left, holding arrow and resting elbow on column
SC 2425.1

In any case it is SC 2425: http://numismatics.org/sco/id/sc.1.2425

But I am not able to discern the monograms in the outer left field of the reverse, so the subgroup SC 2425.1 cannot be confirmed with certainty  :-\.
