this coin for ptloemy seems barbaric, or emitation, or fake, you can notic at the edge it was overstruk at another ptloemy, what you think about it????

i was fold this time thanks alex,i looked at the scraches and thought they seem ancient, and they realy seems so, and the over struk too, heh this coin came with 6 ptloemy, all of them are fine exept this one, any way they were cheap so no ose ;) .

    The portrait is odd, suggesting an imitation, but metal, faults etc. make the coin look definitely ancient.
     Isn't the "overstriking" in fact just doublestriking, apparent also in the eagle's head and wing?

yah it seems so spicialy the head area, and the edge wher you can see a shadow of a writing from befor, so you think it is emitation? for which of the ptloemy?.

Nice conversation piece... looks like an old copy - Arabian or Middle East as a guess and not circulated in Egypt as anyone would be able to see it for what it was. Saying that, if its silver then who would care apart from the 'police' knocking at your door asking why you are passing off counterfeits!
