It may be:

Manuel I. AE Half-Tetarteron. (usually around 2.75 gr.). Thessalonica mint. Monogram Sear 57 (Δ-M-K-ΠΛ clockwise from left at the ends of a cross) in small, neat letters / Crowned, unbearded bust of Manuel facing, wearing loros, holding labarum and cross on globe. SB 1977

This is a half-tetarteron of Manuel I Comnenus. Following Hendy, most writers have distinguished between a 'heavy standard' version (SBCV 1977, c. 2.75g, attributed to the mint at Thessalonica) and a 'light standard' (SBCV 1979. c. 1.80g, attributed to an uncertain provincial mint), also describing certain small differences in the monogram and size of lettering between the two types. You don't provide a weight for your coin, but in style it's the 'light standard' type, SBCV 1979. But more recently Marchev and Wachter have been sceptical about these distinctions and doubted the existance of an extra unknown provincial mint (see Catalogue of the Late Byzantine Coins 1081-1453, Vol I, page 128).
