Information Please - Thurium Bronze Coin

The only reference I have for the type is: Garrucci pl. 107, 3

Found the book and the plate image through the wiki here. Old book so it's been scanned and put online. It will nevertheless be helpful to learn more about this unusual coin type.

Thank you both. Seems to be an elusive type with few images.  The NYSale example is a good set of images with the appropriate data. Seems to be in a museum or two but few other auction records in many years.

Thank you. Now there's another (images attached). Wasn't sure what I was seeing from seller's images of this coin that were dark and rotated oddly, etc. Here are fresh images and data for what may be only the 2nd one of this type to show up in 15 years.

diameter:  25.6 - 26.3 mm

weight: 16.322 grams

die axis: 6h

The comment in the NYSale auction says 'related to types of the Brettii' but this coin type is substantially larger and heavier. The Brettii bronzes with Zeus/eagle design that do, superficially, look a little similar are typically only ~ 21mm, 7.5 grams. That large a difference of size and weight raises some doubt about how closely they are actually related.
