Reverse seems to be from Corinth, Poseidon standing with dolphin, but I don't know what the obverse is, overstrike (Helios + ?)?

compare with: https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/1/1185

Second coin is a modern 5 Pence piece from the  United Kingdom (diameter 18mm)

Thanks very much. I suppose: Republican Duoviri coinage, AE Semis. Corinth.50-51 AD. Time
of Claudius. Duovirs L. Paconius Flam. and Cn. Publicius
Regulus.

(upwards from lower left and right) FLAM REG II VIR, radiate head of Helios left.
COR-SE to left and right of Poseidon standing left, holding dolphin and trident.

Amandry XIX, 28; Cohen 773; RPC 1185.
