Question - Seleucid Bronze of Antiochus VIII - legend

Hello! I’m putting my foot in the water with Greek coins. I’ve had help identifying this as an AE 18 of Antiochus VIII, denomination B. I found references to to a variety with IE in the legend, which I think I see in this one. My question is what does the IE stand for? Thanks for any advice and resources.
