Antoninus Pius from Topirus - confirmation needed

This well worn coin with glossy black patina should probably be Antoninus Pius from Topirus, Thrace. I'd be grateful if someone can confirm it and possibly provide more precise or alternative identification. Also, there appears to be a countermark on Pius neck, possibly a stylized animal?

Thank you Okidoki, this is a great resource! No exact match though, but possibly some minor reverse variations got lumped together. The closest match would be RPC Volume IV.1 №: 5010 (temporary)
