The head looks like Mercury, the galley looks like to left, ROMA below, but I dont find the corret reference, can you help me?

countermark in face of Mercury?

No.  I just see Spanish imitations of Roman republican bronzes every once in a while.  I even have one struck over a Spanish municipal coin.  Those I have seen are varied in style, but I do not remember any that look like this.

I thought it might be an imitation too--though the surfaces and style seem a bit off even for an imitation.
