Here is a small 8mm Greek bronze that I have not been able to attribute. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi t501,

The reverse looks like a dolphin to me.

Using acsearch, the only coin of that size (8 mm) with a dolphin reverse that I could find is Mysia, Pordosilene. It looks somewhat like your coin. However, I couldn't find an exact match. Also, the reverse legend doesn't appear to match either.

A dolphin facing right or a quail facing left?

Definitely a beak and legs under the bird facing left.

More likely a fat eagle than a quail, I guess.

Hi t501,

Thanks for posting a better quality photo of the reverse. I can now see that it is definitely some type of bird. It wasn't clear in the first photo.

The problem now is to determine exactly what type of bird it is so that we can conduct a proper search. In my opinion, it doesn't look like an eagle.

With this posture I don't think that it is an eagle, eagles are sitting more upright.
It really is probably some sort of quail (in the family of Phasianidae), and the only bronze coins with birds similar to quails I know are from Mylasa in Caria:
