Here we have a Didrachm so far only a Drachm was known, RPC made it 3101A

Isn't it the bust type (laureate, draped, cuirassed r., seen from back) that differentiates your coin from RPC 3101, rather than the denomination?

RPC 3101 has the size and weight of a didrachm like your coin, not of a drachm as you state.

Cf. also RPC 3103: a didrachm like yours, same bust type as yours, but allegedly only two stars in field on reverse.  Maybe the third star was just not struck up; in that case your coin would be a second specimen of RPC 3103 corr.
