Please ID help Constantine IV Tremissis

Hello!

I identified the ruler of this tremissis (1.4 g., 12 mm): it is Constantine IV, mint of Carthage. But I can't find its reference in any documentation: Sear, Wildwinds, acsearch.
Sear 1190 is almost the same type but it is a solidus.

For information:
this coin is a tremissis of Constantine IV mint of Carthage and It is unpublished.

Only the solidus is known.
