Ave!

Copper alloy; 49mm/19.5gm

Two attachment studs on the reverse and iron pin residue at the bottom.

I know I seen similar before but cannot recall where. A belt or strap fitting?

Help!

A Roman belt plate, dated mid-2nd to mid-3rd c AD.  Redzic type XXII.

I don't know a parallel to the exact design, but it is clearly a variation of this type.
