the many arrows look like old fashioned broom

that is why they are called this way
the last picture was my MD finding in 2014

thank you for taking the time to answer me. yes it was found in Scotland near Edinburgh I though it was  Dutch frisian but I couldn't find a close match on line. Thanks again
