As a rule, we
members on the
forum do not discuss value.
Rarity, however, does not necessarily equal value. A coin which is "one of a kind" is not as unusual as you might think. Value consists of the limit of supply and the amount of demand. Athenian owls for example are common, but everyone wants one, even if it is the only ancient Greek coin in their
collection.
Price depends on not only supply but demand. But even if your coin were "one of a kind" there are not the associations with
history, or with a famous collector, or with great art
work that spur on people's interest. Maybe there is someone out there that is looking for that exact variety (with a bow?), but finding them is another matter. That is why dealers are useful, not just as experts on coins, but also as those who know coin customers. But, you are doing things correctly as far as I can see, just don't ask us about value. Anyway, the value you probably ultimately want is someone who will put their
money where there mouth is.
