There are some variants of these emperor on horseback coins from Gallienus minted in Bargasa, usually the legend on the reverse is longer than on the coin here.
A quite similar specimen is here in the BnF: https://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b85222250
but the legend still does not match exactly  :-\.
