Dear Friends,

I just wanted to share this beautiful and rare coin with you.

Roman Provincial, Pisidia, Etenna, Severus Alexander, AE32
11.35 g, 32 mm

Obverse: ΑΥ Κ Μ ΑΥΡ ϹƐΥ ΑΛƐΞΑΝΔΡΟϹ ϹƐΒ, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander, r.

Reverse: ƐΤƐΝΝƐΩΝ, Apollo(?) standing nude facing, looking r., holding laurel branch over lyre, to l., and serpent on tripod, to r.

Reference: RPC VI, 6038 (temporary)
