Dear colleagues
Please can you help me with Identification this item:
What is it??? Who is it - King????
Material: stone
Color: black-brown
Weight:72 gram
Dimension: 58 mm
Thickness:  ca 10 mm
Origin: purchase in England
Avers: King-Rex with cross
Obverse: + letters S T E (??) Is it St. Edward ???
In my opinion is it : Rex Edward the Confessor (1003 Islip - 1066 London)...or...????

I think I have seen this before, but on a much small piece or ceramic.  In my opinion, modern tourist fake.

I agree, its appearance suggests modern fake. The countermark on the reverse shows signs of tooling and has minute cut marks around the outer edge, also the figures head shows similar marks.

Not convinced its genuine.

I agree with the comments above. Looks modern. Close undisputed ancient parallels needed to convince me otherwise.
