The obverse legend of the coin here does not match with the Geta from Berlin.
So it is possibly a new variant, but with ΑΥ Κ Μ ΑΥΡ there are several possibilities for the ruler  .

According to the ISEGRIM entries for Amastris "ΑΥ Κ Μ ΑΥΡ " was only used for Caracalla. But this reverse is not listed.

Although not a die match this Caracalla obverse is quite  similar.

Therefore I think the attribution to Caracalla by the OP was correct.
