Byzantine Seal Konon Patrikios Cypress Trees Future Emperor Leo III?

I just received a Byzantine seal which weighs measures 23.10mm and 11.98g.

On the  obverse between two Cypress trees is:

  :branchupright: :Greek_Nu:  :Greek_omega_small:  :branchupright:
    :Greek_Nu:  :Greek_Omicron: C

On the  reverse between two Cypress trees is

  :branchupright: :Greek_Tau:  :Greek_Rho:  :Greek_Iota:  :branchupright:
       :Greek_Kappa: :Greek_Iota: :Greek_Omicron: :Greek_Upsilon:

I believe this is a seal of Konon Patrikios Future Leo III - Zacos/Veglery 899, Seibt, BBÖ 1, 135 and Berlin I 169

Am I right?
