Alexander the Great Tetradrachm is this a life time issue really nice example

I recently acquired this, nice example I am getting mixed responses as to whether this is life time issue or not.
I have someone say its Price 113 which means struck under Antipater
It's Amphipolis mint, 17.16g comes with original cert from Alain Weil a French dealer who has published at least 1 book on
ancient coins.

Help appreciated

The coin is dated 323-320 BC so not a lifetime issue but it is a very nice coin ! congratulations  +++
