Can anyone identify the inscription  and date of this seal? On obverse Saint Michael

I'd say 2nd half 11th century. Legend I read KE RO / HΘEI AR / [PA]MIW TW / NICIRI / WTH (Lord help Abramios Nisibiotes). I couldn't find this family name, but it seems to be there on the seal.
