Looks like:

BITHYNIA, Myrleia. 4th-3rd centuries BC. Æ (20.5mm, 7.87 g, 2h). Helmeted head of Athena right / Bull standing right, head lowered and slightly facing; monogram above. RG 2; HGC 7, –.
