This one "from your link" seems to be a reverse die match:

https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=4106456

If you can't read a text try e.g.  deepl.com

This is the text translated with this online translator:
The non translated word "Schrötlingsriss" refers to the crack in the flan.

ROMAN PROVINCIAL COINAGES
PHOENIC TYROS
Elagabal, 218-222 A.D. AE-Sesterz 220/221 A.D. Vs.: IMP CAES M AV - ANTONINVS AV, armoured and draped bust with laurel wreath A.D., Rs.: TVRIO-R-VM, snake with world egg between Murex snail and palm BMC 278, 413 var.; SNG Cop. -; Rouvier, JIAN 7, 1904, 81, 2390. 11.75 g. RR dark brown patina, Schrötlingsriss, otherwise ss
The reverse picture goes back to an Egyptian creation myth: Aton laid an egg from which the snake called Per-Uatchet or Buto hatched, the Great Mother, the creator of the world.
