That is an excellent Sabina hemidrachm. You rarely see these, especially in such good condition. I believe these base metal Greek Imperials must have been a most successful issue. My reasoning is they are almost always heavily worn, meaning they were extensively used in their time. The exact opposite of something like a 4th century argenteus, which are often in good condition because when people got hold of them they hoarded them instead of using them for economic exchange. 

A very interesting coin and a true collectors piece, well done okidoki.
