The Carystos 1957 hoard and the circulation of Athenian New Style tetradrachms

"The Carystos 1957 ( IGCH 291) hoard and the circulation of Athenian New Style tetradrachms in Euboea" by Eos Tsouri from Oblos 3 . There is another mentioned publication in Coin Hoards 9 but I have never heard of it in Greek its says CHARACTER XAPAKTEP   or something similar.

Cannot locate it anywhere , can you help, please!

Probably the two (?) publications you are talking about are both this one.
