Not ancient but hoping someone recognizes it.  Thinking it’s military.

Looks like crown atop a shield. 3 lions or horses.

Looks Spanish.  Where was it found?

Found in Italy.  Was thinking maybe WWI or WWII.

I'll look for a military forum but Im only guessing at it being military.

I realize that this probably is of minimal help, but it does not look at all like any Italian military buttons from either war that I'm aware of. I did a quick internet search to refresh my memory and didn't come up with anything close.
