Byzantine half follis identification help

Hi all, I was hoping somebody might recognise the design or symbols on the obverse of this Byzantine half follis. I have searched through quite a few online images and the closest I could find was Constans II which have some issues with the K in right field. I cannot make out the obverse design, looks like a figure standing to right near the K but the left side and top have me baffled.
Weight 6 grams and 25 mm
Any help greatly appreciated.
